Nothing in Moderation

i realise new things about myself everyday.

today i realise that... i do nothing in moderation.

daph you are going to be very proud of me....ahhahaah....

i aaaaactuaaally woke up for my 9 am class...but wat the shit.... lecture was cancelled. so what does fel do after waking up so early and have no class? she decided to go to the gym.

daph daph....i ran 2 cycles, of the 25 mins run each, at the treadmill today maaaaaaaaaaaan!!! that can only meaaaaaan...

4.11 km + 3.65 km = 7.76 km (plus minus walking and cool down) = 8 km !!!
25 min + 3 min + 25 min + 3 min (plus minus walking and cool down) = 1 hour !!!
321 calories + 304 calories (plus minus my bad memory) = 600 calories !!!

(the above may have been exaggerated for dramatic purposes)

did you see daph did you seeeeee!!! i freeeakin ran 8 k!!! ahahahhahaha......thanx to your encouragement and undying support for me. but of course, it still boils down to my self motivation and perseverence.

AHHAHAHAHAHHA.....wat the heck...who am i kidding...

...... i ran so long cos i was watching Mtv Euro Top 20. i want to know who is in the number one spot. Robbie Williams got it with his Advertising Space (i think). twice in a row apparently.

and i heard a really nice song by Sugababes. it's called "Ugly".

aniwaaaaee....back to my topic of....Nothing in Moderation.

i think i know why i managed to run so long. because... i thought...since i'm already here...i might as well run more. AHAHHAHAAH.... same principle with.... since i'm cooking.. i might as well cook more to last me for 3 days....hahahahaha....

ahhahah....so...the 600 calories burnt today.... hopefully will last me for a few weeks.

oh maan.. i'm sooo gonna ache like craaaazy tmrw......

Eh! i told u just now i was really proud of u... and that it's gooood and all.. but then, i realised that this SUDDEN outburst of energy expension might strain your body/muscles/joints/bones too much and might be DETRIMENTAL as a result... so i suggest u rest well now, give your body enough time to rest and relax. but not stay away from gym for the next two weeks using this as an excuse!

i just woke up from a 3 hr nap after gym. and shit. muscles aching liao. i thot it will only set in tmrw. ahahhhaha...

but it's oke it's oke... i'll be fine.. my body can take it one.

running 8kms is better than your usual sleeping of more than 8 hours a day !!!
